Sono stata in Cali, troppo bello là, super yuppi, super fortunata.
Sono un po' di fretta..
Spero di impegnarmi presto nel racconto delle vacanze 2013...decisione last minute,
ma mi pare sempre più spesso che il last minute funziona alla grande...

Once again.. California.
I loved it.
I toured the wine counties of Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley, elegant small towns and upper class vineyards.
Then we have been to Russian (wild) River - a smaller area of Sonoma county, close to the Russian river, of course!!
We also took a short break to Mendocino County...so terrific, and so similar to Normandy..
it's the perfect nostalgic place for a in-need-of-inspiration writer or a melancholy retirement!!
When I was there and when I came back, my only thinking: can a place so far feel like home?
Yes it can.
Yes it did.
Yes I felt like to be home.
(except for the food...sorry!)
In any case..That's impressive and I felt so good hearing none italians speaking...
Sorry for that! It's incredible how Italy can be important there: italian managing and owning wineries, italian restaurants are the only considered..
