Presentazione
In una calda serata primaverile, fatta di accoglienza, cucina genuina, clienti italiani e stranieri, mi metto a scrivere il mio primo post "completo", o forse dovrei dire concreto? Ora qui regna il silenzio, c'è solo una piacevolissima Stevie Nicks, Leather and Lace che mi fa compagnia e il mio cane che dorme..adoro il silenzio, è una cosa preziosa.
At the end of a warm spring evening, after hours with new guests, local food, planning projects, I start writing my first "complete" post. Now here there is silence, the big king of my evenings! mi permette di raccontare il mio territorio, i Colli che adoro ei loro segreti.
